Alex and I did a lot of venue shopping for our wedding on March 14th, 2020 and EVERY single venue recommended that we hire Sashi Baez as our wedding coordinator. I do a lot of events for my own job so questioned whether or not we even needed a coordinator. With the venue we chose (Wandering Oaks), we decided we should probably have a coordinator and the only person that we knew of was Sashi! We gave her a call and she was patient with us as we were from Chicago, IL trying to plan a wedding in FL. After our first phone call, we were sold on hiring Sashi because she was extremely knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Sashi was on top of everything from day one of hiring her. We could not say thank you enough to her as she helped manage the rehearsal, connections with all of our vendors and set up and tear down of our decorations. Honestly the day could not have gone as smoothly without Sashi there. Our guests cannot stop talking about how great the night was! Thank you for making our day so special and helping our vision come alive for our wedding. We got to fully enjoy ourselves not having to worry about everything coming together.

Without Sashi I don't think I could have enjoyed my wedding day! She is HUGE reason our wedding day was so successful. Before making the decision to have a day of coordinator I was overwhelmed, but Sashi listened to my concerns and helped put me at ease. Every detail I was worried about she calmly said, "I take care of that." Whenever I started to feel lost in the process she helped organize and prepare me. She already had a wonderful reputation with all my vendors. She was always prompt and pleasant to answer all my emails and phone calls or text messages throughout the whole process. We were all able to enjoy our day and celebrate with all our family and friends without having to worry about a thing. She went above and beyond in every aspect and I am beyond grateful for everything she did to help make our day so special.

BB Weddings & Events made our wedding day so much more enjoyable. We truly felt our wedding day was perfect. Sashi was an incredible help and key in what made everything go so smoothly. She did my bustle for me and made sure my husband and I were doing okay throughout the night. She also made sure we were hydrated during our photo sessions as you'll see pictured! I even saw in the background of a friend’s video of my dance with my dad that she was mopping a spill! I didn’t notice it happen the day of and would not have expected her to take care of something like that. She was wonderful and so incredibly organized. Plus she let us use some of her beautiful décor that meshed so well with the things that the venue had and what we provided! HIGHLY recommend.

The night of the event went beautifully, and that is a reflection of our Day of Coordinator, Sashi. I highly recommend hiring the Day of Coordinator! It was planned mostly long distance and she was great communicating with us throughout the year. She did a fantastic job of organizing all the details and ensuring everything went as planned. We could not get into our venue ahead of time to set up or decorate, and Sashi took care of all of that for us. She met us at the venue a couple days before the event and walked us through everything again, which was very reassuring. She understood what my daughter wanted and described and was able to set it all up to match my daughter’s vision for the reception. During the reception she kept everything on schedule and the evening had a wonderful flow to it. I highly recommend Sashi! 

3/16/19 - Sherice  (Mote Marine Aquarium) 

Sashi was our day of coordinator. I would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. From the time we booked her nearly a year before our wedding up until our wedding day she was just wonderful. I was a very anxious bride and in constant contact as well as making frequent changes. I annoyed myself, but Sashi was amazing through it all. The one breakdown I did have when some details had to be changed around Sashi called me nearly immediately and talked me through it. She immediately knew how to fix the situation to make it better than it was before. I would HIGHLY recommend anybody to work with Sashi! She will make your wedding planning a breeze! I am beyond grateful we had her to help us through our special day!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Sashi as our partial and day of wedding planner. I normally don’t write reviews but want everyone to know just how amazing she is. If there’s one thing you do right during this planning process, it should be to hire her immediately! From day one she was quick to respond, knowledgeable, CALMING, overall a huge help. I wish I hired her as a full planner looking back because she is so great. 

I was an out of town bride and Sashi made my whole planning experience a lot less stressful, and seamless. I brought a TON of décor - basically everything, she not only set up every single item but did so exceptionally well. Her taste and judgement was impeccable. She was at the venue bright and early right when we arrived and was already taking charge and setting up, she also stayed at the venue late that night cleaning and packing up ALL of my belongings. She must have worked a 15 hour day and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of her help. The day of the wedding I didn’t imagine just how much I would need her...whether it was keeping me on track, locating one of my bridesmaids, taking my belongings to the exit destination, gathering people needed for pictures, all while handling all vendors and even passing out food at dinner! Everyone raved about how amazing she was! No detail was left behind. 

She truly is amazing and I honestly hope you hire her and this company to make you wedding that much stress free!

Amazing experience! Sashi is incredible!

Highly recommend Sashi for any bride or groom! I was a nervous first-time bride with no clue where to start, helpful questions, guiding timelines, questionnaires and SASHI, MY FAVORITE WEDDING COORDINATOR, led me through the entire process! I have no idea how we would have pulled off the wedding without her. It was the lovely and encouraging, reassuring responses from Sashi at all times that made me choose her, and I'm so glad I did! We have a wonderful wedding and ZERO STRESS FOR US!

What can I say, really? Sashi,  was just absolutely amazing. Sashi was our day of coordinator . For the day of she was just fantastic. She was on top of everything and worked really hard to make our day special.  We even had to deal with a little bit of rain and she handled that smoothly as well. My now husband commented that he thought our wedding looked like one of those million dollar weddings you see on tv. And I totally agreed - everything looked so nice and put together. It was the best! I would highly, highly recommend her.

Sashi made our wedding planning experience so easy! Honestly, there is no way I could have made it through the actual day without her! Any little thing that pooped up I feel like she already knew about and she was literally on top of it the entire day. She was on top of everything for the past year! It felt so great when all of my guest kept asking who she was because they all thought she was part of the family. She was great with my guests and I cannot thank her enough.

Sashi was awesome! Absolutely the best money we spent. She was wonderful and words cannot express how grateful I will always be for giving my daughter and her husband the perfect sunset wedding. She handled difficult vendors, decorating, and coordinating the whole process from beginning to end. It was truly magical.  It was all I dreamed it would be for them and it couldn't have ever happened without Sashi!

 Sashi was our day of Coordinator and hands down the best! We could not have had such an amazing, well organized wedding without the help of Sashi. Sashi was responsive days before the wedding when other vendors where requesting additional items and little changes had to be made. Sashi helped us on rehearsal night instructing the wedding party on order and providing us with information on traditional weddings and how to conduct the ceremony. Sashi stuck to our timeline and made the whole day and evening run smoothly. Sashi made sure that we had to go boxes of food, which was a request from us, to take back to our hotel that evening. Sashi set up all our DIY wedding décor and communicated with all vendors. The venue we rented had strict rules requiring us to be out within an hour after the reception. After send off my family said they came back inside the reception area and it was already 75% cleaned up and that they got out of there in time and everyone was very satisficed with the clean up experience. We highly recommend Sashi as the day of coordinator.

I can't say enough good things about Sashi. She was one of the most competent professionals that my wife and I have ever worked with. She has true talent for logistics and an amazing attention to detail that was really essential to making our wedding weekend run smoothly. Sashi was our POC for everything, she was always responsive and never lost patience with repeated questions about the most minute details or changes in the event plans. For the 6 months before our wedding, I had so many emails back-and-forth with Sashi that, after the wedding was over, I felt like I lost a colleague or something! 

I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing Sashi for any wedding or event. It's a better value than most other options in the Sarasota area, and I think it would probably be impossible to find someone as impressive as Sashi to manage everything.

Choosing Sashi as our event coordinator was the best decisions we made when planning our wedding in Sarasota, FL. We immediately had a great feeling about her after our initial meeting. Sashi went above and beyond from the first day we emailed her with our inquiry. She coordinated almost all details of our wedding, booking several of our vendors for us to save us the hassle. Sashi was incredibly patient, attentive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. When the day of the wedding came around, we had zero worries and were confident that everything would be executed exactly as we had hoped. Sashi cover every last detail making the wedding completely stress-free for both us and our families. I cannot say enough good things about Sashi and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the Sarasota area!

Sashi did a phenomenal job with our wedding. We are so thankful for how it turned out at the begin to the end. It was so beautiful. All I can say is Sashi was on top of everything.
