I have been in the hospitality service for the last 18 years. I started in catering as a server, bartender, captain which led into event planning. I have learned all the ins and outs of making every type of event run smoothly. My main focus has always been Weddings, that's why I started BB Weddings & Events. 

​

My background is Circus, Sarasota is steeped in the rich tradition of the Circus, and I’m an eighth generation Circus Performer (Part of the world famous Zacchini family)! I was born and raised in this little paradise called Sarasota and have traveled all over the United States with the circus. This has given me experience in all areas from planning, setting up, producing, performing, etc. After retiring from the Circus, I met my now husband Javier (no relation to the Cubs baseball player). 😉 Javier came with two amazing little nuggets, Brody and Braxton. They are the inspiration behind BB.  Spending time with family is huge coming from a big Italian family and marrying into a Cuban family.  We enjoy all of our farm animals, our dogs (Axel Rose & Louie), sports and OUTDOORS!

I believe in joyful and easy planning process

 

With over a decade of experience in the wedding industry (as of 2020), and more than twelve years’ experience within the hospitality industry. I consider my job an extension to who I am, fueled by the creativity and endless possibilities each event brings to the table, and constantly inspired to bring new ideas to light.

Today, many weddings later, I can't think of anything I would rather be pouring my heart and soul into. Seeing the joy on a bride’s face when she and her new spouse stroll back down the aisle together as a newly married couple, is my absolute favorite part of a wedding day.

Married to my forever sweetheart and best friend, Steven. We have three children, Erik, Madeline and Eislyn. As a family we love exploring nature and nurturing our gardens. I live for my family, hard work, fresh blooms, and friends that are family.
