With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve lived and breathed every detail of event execution. My passion for creating unforgettable experiences led me to specialize in weddings and ultimately launch BB Weddings & Events, where your vision becomes reality.
Sarasota Native I’m proud to be an eighth-generation circus performer from the world-renowned Zacchini family. Growing up in the spotlight and traveling across the U.S. with the circus gave me a unique edge. That background taught me how to handle high-pressure moments with grace and precision—a skill I bring to every wedding I plan.
I'm married and proud bonus mom to two incredible boys, Brody and Braxton—the “BB” behind our name. We love our farm animals, three crazy pups (Axel, Luna & Louis), boating, motocross, and embracing the joy of hard work and adventure.
At BB Weddings & Events, my mission is simple: to bring your dream day to life with seamless execution and heartfelt care. Whether it’s an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, I’m here to ensure every moment feels effortless and unforgettable. I love my job because it allows me to connect with amazing clients and creative vendors. Bringing life’s most meaningful moments to fruition is truly rewarding, and I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every single day~

You deserve to have the time of your life on your wedding day, and that’s exactly what I want to help you do—by taking away all of your stress and taking on all of the responsibility—so you can actually enjoy the planning process. I am a seasoned Wedding and Event Planner with over 10 years of experience in the industry planning intimate dinners for 2 to conventions for over 1,000 guests! I know that we have one chance to make your wedding day spectacular and I take my role in making that happen very seriously. I approach each event with a positive attitude, an eye for design, creative ideas, a strong knowledge of the local market, and of course, a sense of humor. My favorite parts of the wedding day are the moment after you say I Do and walk hand in hand down the aisle surrounded by your dearest friends and family and the grand reveal of your reception space! When I am not creating beautiful and meaningful events. You'll find me with my three children Erik, Madeline and Eislyn. As a family we love exploring nature and nurturing our gardens. I live for my family, hard work, fresh blooms, and friends that are family. I’m committed to doing anything to ensure that your day is everything you’re dreaming of.

My journey to wedding planning began with a love for the "hustle and bustle" I experienced growing up in the circus and carnival. This unique background taught me how to manage the meticulous details of a live event and bring creativity to every project. Now, with six years of experience in the wedding and event planning industry, I use that same passion to craft unforgettable, stress-free celebrations of love. I believe every couple deserves a day that truly reflects their story, and I thrive on bringing calm guidance and meticulous organization to the entire process. When I'm not orchestrating dream weddings, you can find me enjoying precious family time with my husband and beautiful daughter, Charlotte.
