good lord, that was a lot of weeding through to find a normal response.
I am in great shape, I have been working out for over 10 years, and I eat healthy. I am not one of those "hmm, how can I get a 6-pack without doing anything at all?" people. I just believe that 'every little bit counts' and if it is beneficial to sit on an exercise ball, I want to do it.
Thanks again, yours was the only intelligent response! I am surprised at how eager people in this forum are to - perhaps they do get alot of people wandering in asking how to tone up without doing anything and I suppose their immediate thought whenever they see any questions, is it is one of those.
